Delivery terms & Returns


The delivery terms & returns are to be considered as a cooperation contract between the Get Shop and the buyer and valid in general.


Shipping in The Netherlands:

When you place an order they will be processed within one day and shipped out within 2 days from Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. The shipping is arranged by MyParcel and PostNL. The shipping time takes 1 until 3 working days from the moment the order is send. We are not responsible for delays or other problems caused by MyParcel or PostNL.


International Shipping:

We ship worldwide, international prices: Europe €18,50 and outside Europe €25,00. International shipping takes 4 until 15 workdays from the moment the order is send. You will receive a Track and Trace from MyParcel after your package is received by PostNL. Our international shipping is arranged by MyParcel and PostNL.



Please send us an email: if you would like to return your order. You can return the item(s) for free after contacting us by email. Note: Please wait for our reply, your return must be accepted by our team before sending back the package. We will send you a free label by email, which you have to print out and stick on the box to send the product(s) back. The product(s) must not be worn or damaged. Notice that you will have 30 days to return the order. After receiving your return we will transfer the money back to your bank account or Paypal account within a week. 


Sale items:

If you would like to return sales items purchased during sale please notice that we can only give you a voucher for a new order, money will NOT be transferred to your bank account or Paypal account. Questions about sale articles can be asked by mail:
